First Aid, CPR & AED Course Overview

Our First Aid, CPR & AED Course provides essential training to help participants confidently respond to medical emergencies and potentially life-threatening situations. The course combines practical First Aid skills with Basic Life Support (BLS) techniques, including high-quality CPR and AED use.

• Adult, child, and infant CPR
• Basic Life Support (BLS) procedures
• AED operation and safety
• Choking response
• First Aid for common injuries and illnesses
• Bleeding and shock management
• Burns, fractures, sprains, and strains
• Recognition of life-threatening emergencies
• Effective emergency response and when to activate EMS

Hands-On Training

Participants receive practical instruction and hands-on practice to develop the skills needed to respond quickly and effectively during an emergency.
