- Scene Safety & Initial Assessment – Ensuring responder safety and quick assessment of the victim.
- Recovery Position & Post-Resuscitation Care – Placing victims in a safe position after ROSC (return of spontaneous circulation).
- Hands-Only CPR – Compression-only CPR when breaths aren’t possible or practical.
- Two-Rescuer CPR – Coordinated effort for high-efficiency resuscitation.
- Pulse Checks & Breathing Assessment – When and how to check for breathing and a pulse effectively.
- Opioid-Related Emergencies – Recognizing and responding with naloxone when needed.
- Special Considerations – DNR orders, differences in hospital vs. out-of-hospital care.
